Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
